Here are some frequently asked questions:

  • How much of a time commitment is involved?

    Typically, I recommend setting aside at least an hour a week to review the course materials and complete the assignments. You can do this in as few as 15 minutes a day. To receive the full benefit, you will want to make an effort to be present for your private phone coaching session(s) and the weekly group chats, which usually last about an hour.

  • What happens if I fall behind in the course?

    The program is designed to be completed over four months. Each module ideally should take a week to complete. Some people prefer to go through the course faster and some prefer to stretch it out over a longer period of time. What matters is that you set the pace that is right for you. You will have lifetime access to the materials to come back and refer to as you continue to implement these strategies after the course ends.

  • What if I can't afford the program?

    I tried many different pricing structures in the past and learned that when someone is ready to do the work, they find a way to make the funds available - whether that's asking for assistance from a loved one, earning some extra income, or saving money to join a future session. I keep the cost reasonable, while also reflecting the investment I make in your success!

  • Can I get a refund if I'm not happy?

    I want you to succeed and ask that you give this program your best shot! If after 30 days, you have not seen improvements or are unhappy with your progress, you can submit all the work you have completed for a full refund (minus the cost of any redeemed bonuses) with no questions asked.

  • How much advice does a health coach offer?

    Even though I have training as a registered nurse, I am not here to offer medical advice. My job is to guide you to the resources that will best serve you on your healing journey. My clinical knowledge is helpful for recognizing when a client may need a more acute level of care and attention. At all times, however, I recommend consulting with your doctor before making any lifestyle changes.

  • What if I need more support?

  • Are you saying you can cure my chronic illness?

    Absolutely not. I have seen amazing things happen when the body is given the right conditions to heal, but at no time do I promise a miraculous cure.
